Alexandria Museum of Art Classroom,
1p.m – 4p.m. Participants will use found objects from personal collections and items donated by the community to create an assemblage piece using composition, shape, and style. This class welcomes donations of found objects but not limited to: keys, coins, locks, nuts, bolts, washers, doorknobs, drawer pulls, small chains, wire remnants, springs, hinges, etc., objects that are mostly metal.

Families and kids of all ages can pretend they are aliens making art from organic materials from our Fragile Home, planet earth inspired by the exhibition Our Fragile Earth.
