Jane in June Camp
During Jane in June, young ladies will complete numerous art projects, attend and host authentic tea parties, learn dances, etiquette, journal, games, and pastimes of Jane Austen’s era. They will learn to set and serve a proper table for a variety of occasions, tour the Kent House, grounds, and create a summer full of lifetime memories. Camp Tuition is $200.00 per camper. This includes lunch, snacks, and supplies.Registration is limited to 24 young ladies ages 8-12.

Join AMoA for a panel discussion about subjects related to Concrete & Adrift: On the Poverty Line with members of area aid organizations with which the museum is partnering throughout the exhibit.

Guests 21-and-over can sip on craft brews and wine, rock out to live music, play games, and get up-close with some of the Zoo’s animal ambassadors. Additional beer and wine and tasty food truck fare from Z's Southern Soul, Debbie's Meat Pies, and Dat Truck available for purchase.

Trail of Animal Tales
Hop, soar and slither into reading with animal-themed children’s stories at stations around the Zoo. Visit with costumed character Clifford the Big Red Dog, get hands on with unique animal artifacts and crafts, and get up close with some of Alexandria Zoo's animal ambassadors!
