The Women in History Cavanaugh lecture is an annual event hosted by Rapides Parish Library in partnership with LSUA in honor of Women's History Month. This years speaker, LSU Professor Alecia P. Long presents what the history of Storyville can tell us about the history of women in Louisiana.
