Laissez les bon temps rouler at LSUA!

The annual LSUA Mardi Gras Parade is ready to roll down the streets of campus on Wednesday, February 7. The parade will roll at 12:00pm and feature floats, bands and plenty of beads. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the LSUA Mardi Gras Parade and it will be bigger and better than ever before!

The parade will travel down Grady Britt Drive before turning left onto Garry Tisdale Drive. It will then take another left onto Middleton Drive before ending at The Oaks.

The 2018 Mardi Gras season marks the Hixson Classic Car & College Cheerleader Parades 11th consecutive year running through downtown Alexandria. This is a great FREE parade for anyone wishing to participate with their classic vehicle. The parade is an amazing time for family and people of all ages and backgrounds to come out and experience the excitement. The Hixson Parade lines up in the parking lot beneath interstate 49 at the corner of MLK (10th St.) and Murray St. starting at 2pm on Friday February 9th.

Join us for an evening of holiday favorites and refreshments in our Third Floor Gallery at AMoA’s annual Holiday Acoustic Concert. The 14^th is the 10^th Night of Christmas.
