**NOTICE OF CLOSURE** City of Alexandria Offices, Facilities, and Services

Alexandria, Louisiana – In anticipation of the severe winter weather approaching, all City of Alexandria offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.

ATRANS bus service will halt routes at noon on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Additionally, the Alexandria Sanitation Department will not collect garbage on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Residents are urged to prepare for potential impacts from the winter storm. Stay updated through official city communications for any further changes or announcements.

Medical, fire, or public safety emergencies should still be reported to 911.
