March 23:  Arts & Healthcare 7^th Annual Follies and Art Exhibit, Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center, 6:30p.m.  Sponsored by Arts & Healthcare, Inc., National Arts Program and BancorpSouth.  Features local healthcare professionals performing onstage and exhibiting over 100 pieces of original art. Mistress of Ceremonies will be ventriloquist, Dee Ann Bass.  Proceeds to help continue healing arts programs in local healthcare facilities. Open to the public.

March 22:  Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers:  Daisy Bates:  First Lady of Little Rock, Hearn Stage, 7p.m.  This movie tells the story of the journey by filmmaker Sharon LaCruise, to unravel the life of a forgotten civil rights activist named Daisy Bates.  Made possible through a grant from South Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.  Cost:  $5.  Call Matt Henry:  443-4718.

March 2:  Adult Art Class:  Figure Painting in Oil from Live Model, AlexandriaMuseum of Art, 12:30-3:30p.m.  Artist Ray Turner will teach composition, color, value and point of view, with demonstration as well as individual instruction.
